Made-to-Order Items All made-to-order pieces are custom crafted for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Glassware Due to the delicate nature of handblown glass, all glass items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Textiles Textile items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Items must be unworn and free from damage.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Domestic Shipping (Israel)

Self Pickup Free collection from our Tel-Aviv location within 3 business days. You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Home Delivery ₪50 shipping fee for delivery within Israel. Delivery time: 4-7 business days. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

International Shipping

International shipping is handled exclusively through DHL Express - our trusted courier partner providing fast, secure, and fully tracked delivery worldwide. All international shipments include comprehensive insurance coverage and real-time tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Processing Times

Most pieces are made to order. Please allow:

• Standard items: 14-21 business days for production before shipping

• Glassware items: Up to 4 weeks (28 business days) for production before shipping due to the intricate handblown glass process

• Ready-made items in stock: Ship within 3 business days

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged with protective materials. Glassware receives special handling with extra cushioning and secure packaging to ensure safe delivery via our DHL Express service.
